Promote a more peaceful world.

Most people are familiar with the concept of peace, as well as with the imagery and stereotypes that connect with it.  In many cases, especially in the US, peace has become a marketable commodity focused on a past culture that has little to do with achieving actual solutions for our current world.  When in reality peace is a relief from war.  Peace is clean drinking water and food on the table.  Peace is being aware of government actions.  It is putting others first.  It is the support and love of a family.  Peace needs to change its meaning from a stereotype to an achievable, essential way of life.  We need to become personally involved in the issues of our time, and find our own ways to work for a peaceful future. Stand up for human dignity, everyone, everywhere.

This series of works represent many facets of peace, challenging people to rethink their own definition of the world.  What better way to bring these ideas to life but to juxtapose them against thought provoking illustration panel paintings.
